We have entertained guests from all over the world for many years, and many of them have returned to la Bastide again and again. We make improvements to the property every year, to keep it fresh and to reflect our guests' feedback and expectations; and their comments speak for themselves.

"Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say we had a lovely couple of weeks at your house. It was a very relaxing holiday - we had lots of plans but due to the amenities at the villa - and partly due to covid - we didn't do much at all. Everyone in our party had a thoroughly good holiday and managed to relax after the five months of covid stress we'd all had. We were so pleased we decided to take the risk of coming to La Bastide, it was certainly worth it. We are all now in quarantine for 14 days, but we knew that would be the penalty."

"The magnificence of La Bastide cannot be overstated. My family of 10 had high expectations which were totally exceeded by every detail of this beautiful villa. The floor plan allows total individual privacy while providing extraordinary gathering space for cooking, dining and poolside activities. The view is amazing and we enjoyed day after day of beautiful weather with gentle breezes. A lot of thought has obviously been spent on the accommodations which have every convenience, kitchen tool and gadget as well as pristine furnishings. The caretakers were available for every need from quickly changing a propane tank to where we could buy a delicious birthday cake! We so highly recommend this beautiful slice of heaven and are very grateful to have had the opportunity to call it almost ours for a week!"
