This magnificent 600m2 Provençal villa is built of artisanal hand-carved stone. The design of the house follows the gentle curve of the hillside, affording fabulous views of medieval villages, hills and mountains from every room. Set on 3 levels, this 7 bedroom luxury property has been designed to integrate indoor/outdoor spaces for an easy and modern lifestyle. The first floor interconnects the front and back entertaining terraces, and each of the 5 airconditioned king-sized bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and private access to an outdoor terrace and seating area. 2 of the bedrooms have adjoining children's bedrooms.
Light and airy, with an open plan environment for expansive indoor/outdoor living, the villa has stone floors and underfloor heating throughout. The décor and facilities balance simple Provencal tradition with contemporary living. Modern conveniences and on-site facilities encourage you to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings of your private holiday villa.
Bedroom suites are on all 3 levels, and this exceptional villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and 5 children in the main house. All suites have airconditioning, king size double beds, a deluxe ensuite bathroom with double sinks, an extra-large bath and a walk-in rainforest shower as standard. For families, 2 of the bedrooms have adjoining children’s rooms, accommodating 2 children and 3 children respectively.
The main house can be rented throughout the year. During peak seasons it is rented on a fully occupied basis; but at other times it may be rented on a partial occupancy basis, depending on circumstances.
If extra accommodation is needed, a self contained apartment (suitable for a couple) in the beautifully renovated 17th century 'Pigeonnier' tower within the grounds is available at an additional rate. The apartment can also be rented as single accommodation during off peak seasons.
